01
The sale is made by Polar Software Inc., the merchant of record. It takes the payment, issues the invoice and handles VAT. Its terms govern the transaction. We provide the software and the support.
02
A right to use a product, not the software itself. One licence key per product, and that key is revalidated every 24 hours.
03
A paid module keeps running for up to 72 hours without an internet connection; Palworld Server Manager, 7 days. After that, paid features pause — your game server itself is not stopped.
04
The trial runs for 3 days on every paid product. A payment card is required at sign-up, and we will never pretend otherwise: nothing is charged during the trial, and you stop it from your Polar customer account.
05
The subscription renews on its own at each due date, until you cancel it. When the 3-day trial ends, the first payment goes through; after that, one payment a month — or a year if you chose the yearly plan. The seller emails you a receipt every time. Nothing is extended quietly: it is written here, and it is visible in your account with the seller.
06
At any time, from your Polar customer account: Polar is the seller, and Polar holds the subscription. Paid features stop; what is installed on your machine stays there and uninstalls normally. Nobody is locked in.
07
There is no automation inside the software: a refund is handled by hand, from the seller's dashboard. Refunding deactivates the licence key concerned. To ask for one, email support or use the Discord.
08
In Europe, buying online opens, in principle, a 14-day withdrawal period. For a software subscription that starts running immediately, that right can be lost once you have agreed to that immediate start. Since the sale is made by the seller, its terms describe what to do: read them before you buy.
09
The prices shown on this site are the ones on the seller's checkout pages. If the two ever differ, the checkout page wins: that is the page that charges you.
10
The legal guarantee of conformity under consumer law applies, and no line on this page sets it aside. If a product does not do what the site says it does, tell us: that is fixable, and usually within one release.
11
The transaction is governed by the seller's terms. If you buy as a consumer in the European Union, the protective rules of your country of residence still apply, whatever a contract may say.
A question about this page, an invoice, a refund: it all starts from the Contact page. It gives the Discord, the email address, and what belongs to the seller rather than to us.
