Get in touch

Discord is the main channel: that is where questions get asked and breakages get reported. Email is for anything touching an order.

Where to write

Discord

Main channel

Install questions, things that break and feature requests all go there. You will find other server admins, and the author of the software.

Email

[email protected]

A payment, an invoice, a licence key that never arrived: write from the address used for the order — that is what makes it findable.

Email support

No response time is promised here: support is handled by one person, the author of the software. A request that carries the local log is dealt with far sooner than one without it.

What to put in a message

A request carrying these four things gets handled on the first pass. Without them, the first reply can only be a question.

What you were doing

The exact action, in which app, on which server.

What you expected

And what happened instead — word for word if an error message appeared.

The local log

It stays on your machine until you send it. The help page says where to find it.

The address on the order

For a payment, an invoice or a key only: that is what makes the purchase findable.

Where the local log lives

What the seller handles

The sale is operated by Polar Software Inc., the merchant of record: they take the money, issue the invoice and declare the VAT. These three requests go to them, from your customer account.

Invoice

At the seller

It is issued by the seller, not by us. You find it in your customer account, using the address on the order.

Refund

At the seller

It is asked of the seller, who applies their own terms of sale. The link is on our terms page.

Cancelling

At the seller

It happens in the seller's customer account, using the address on the order. Keeping the app installed is not required.
